We’re looking for a net-new sales hunter to represent and contribute to our ever-expanding Software & Application Development Practice. You will leverage your existing relationships, networking prowess, and fearless prospecting skills to build and sustain a book of business from the ground up.

As a fearless sales hunter — and someone with a deep book of business — at the highest level you’ll:

  • Represent our Software & Application Development Practice, creating alignment between our prospects’ pains and our technology consulting solutions
  • Utilize your network and hunting DNA to secure meetings with leaders of Software Engineering, Application Development, Quality Engineering, DevOps, and Product Management
  • Leverage modern, multi-channel outbound sales tactics to generate qualified opportunities that turn into pipeline generation
  • Work in collaboration with our in-house Solutions team to win business across our Consulting-as-a-Service and project engagement models

Your territory is greenfield. You’ll be a big fish in a small pond. And you’ll help executive leaders drive their most important modernization efforts to date.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Hunter, and critical member of our larger Revenue team, at the highest level you will:

  • Serve as a Consultative partner, helping leaders engineer quality, drive velocity, and increase speed to market by helping them implement project-based transformation and workforce agility solutions
  • Carry and own your end-to-end sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to qualification to opportunity creation to closure and win
  • Build solid relationships with leaders of Engineering, Quality, Technology, and Transformation
  • Create pipeline, leveraging email, cold calling, social media, in-person, virtual, and any of your other favorite sales tactics
  • Forge relationships with companies and leaders who regularly purchase consulting, engineering and talent solutions to maximize pipeline opportunities and become a preferred vendor
  • Uncover client opportunities that align to our technical and project-based capabilities, working in partnership with our Solutions team to drive the client journey
  • Partner with our Technical Recruiting function to ensure that top 1% technical candidates are presented to your clients
  • Up-sell our extended service offerings, particularly in our Data & Advanced Analytics Practice
  • Help companies reach a new workplace paradigm through modern approaches to quality engineering, DevOps, automation, data, AI, RPA, Agile, etc.

Who You Are 

Essential

  • 5-10 years of experience in a revenue quota carrying role
  • You have an existing book of business to reach out to and can’t wait to re-engage folks you previously worked with, sold to, and engaged with
  • You’ve spent your career in technology — working for tech services and/or consultancy firms
  • You have met at least 70% of your quota and absolutely smashed some quarters
  • Comprehensive understanding of the nuances of technology services sales and technology buying centers — we do not offer products nor are we SaaS
  • You have had structured sales training in Challenger, Miller-Heiman, GAP, MEDDIC or similar. Alternatively, you can evidence a proactive approach to learning through investment in books, courses and seminars
  • You have used Salesforce, HubSpot and similar CRMs. You’re familiar with sales technologies such as Salesloft, Apollo and Zoominfo
