Now, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can power our demand generation engine, maximize our martech stack, and help contribute to marketing’s revenue-generating impact.
You’ll be the digital architect behind our B2B campaigns that stretch across our entire portfolio — from our award-winning data humanization services to emerging tech to digital innovation — infusing your demand gen prowess, marketing magic, and technical acumen into everything you build. This is a unique opportunity for you to not only work directly with leadership on augmenting our go-to-market impact, but also the chance for you to infuse the latest marketing techniques, tools, and AI innovations into your approach.
Reporting directly to our VP of Growth Strategy, and working cross-functionally with teams across Sales, Solutions, and Service Delivery, this role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.
What You’ll Do:
Working in tight collaboration with our Strategy team — who will support you with marketing direction, content creation, design, campaign optimization, etc. — you’ll play a critical role in driving:
- Campaigns that Convert: Build and launch demand gen campaigns that support our entire suite of tech services. With a specific focus on conversion optimization, stand up campaigns that embed best practices around landing page design, A/B testing, form flow, and digital journeys to continuously improve conversion rates
- HubSpot Optimization: Maximize our HubSpot environment — from email automation to lead scoring to AI feature rollout — helping position it as a conversion-driving machine that fuels a marketing pipeline.
- Turn Search into a Superpower: Be our SEO & GAIO maverick, helping us optimize our digital footprint with next-gen SEO strategies and experiment with Generative AI for SEO (GAIO) to ensure we’re always found by the right audience.
- Champion AI-Driven Marketing: Identify how and where we can infuse AI into our marketing ecosystem, without compromising our desire for human-first content, from automating workflows to exploring emerging platforms to unlock creativity
- Develop High-Converting Campaign Assets: Partner with our content and design collaborators to craft compelling offers, messaging, and visuals that move leads through the funnel — from initial touchpoint to meeting booked
- Paid Media Strategy: Advise us on which paid strategies (LinkedIn, Google, podcasting) might make the most sense for our brand to drive traffic, lead gen, and conversion across our suite of services.
- Analytics & Performance Reporting: Support our desire for continuous improvement by making our work more visible, working in partnership with our Data Solutions team on identifying the right KPIs to track, dashboards to stand up, and marketing stories to unearth.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, with proven results in demand gen, campaign strategy, and digital optimization
- Bonus if you’ve been working in tech and for services/consultancy firms
- Experience weaving AI tools into the marketing stack — from content ideation to campaign execution
- Understanding of best practices in SEO strategy, paid media, and performance analytics
- Experience managing paid media campaigns with a sharp eye for ROI
- Proficiency in HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms)
- Curiosity for emerging tech and a desire to work on the frontier of innovation
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment — able to collaborate virtually across teams while also thriving in periodic in-person office days
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects, manage deadlines, and deliver results
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, compelling marketing messaging
