We have an exciting thought partner role on our team, reporting straight to our CEO, as an Executive Solutions Partner, representing our Advanced Analytics solutions. SQA Group is a 22-year established tech and advisory services firm that has recently expanded our offerings to grab exciting market share in the data space.

You will be one of our first-ever Executive Solutions Partners representing our Advanced Analytics business. You will be the one to get our first few wins with our newest offerings. You will set the path that other sales reps will follow. And you will work in total partnership with our CEO, strategy and product team leads to grow your book of business fast.

At the highest level, you will:

  • Represent our Advanced Analytics solutions that, among other services, includes our: proprietary Metrics Finder, Data Centers of Excellence, and AI Accelerator Program
  • Leverage modern GTM tactics — social selling, virtual and in-person events, email sequencing, professional associations, etc. — to break down doors at the most emergent companies
  • Utilize your existing network, and fearless hunting DNA, to secure meetings with CEOs, Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Experience leaders
  • Align our advanced analytics and emerging tech solutions to their initiatives
  • Win deals and continually grow your book of business

  • You are driven to win. You love the challenge of breaking down doors, calling on your existing network (a book of business in New England is added plus!), and turning strangers into a vital part of your ecosystem
  • You are fascinated by all things data, AI, ML and NLP and want to continue to build — or start to build — your career in this space
  • You are naturally curious and understand that asking provocative questions are the key to building lasting relationships
  • The things that drive you, among others, include: winning as a team, creating personal growth and success, and helping clients overcome their biggest challenges
  • You understand that creativity and a progressive approach to go-to-market are key to your success
  • You weave in strong points of view and belief systems as fundamental elements to your conversations


What You’ll Do:

Reporting directly to our CEO, and working collaboratively with our technical and strategy leadership team, you will:

  • Leverage your existing network, referral network, and creative go-to-market strategies to get meetings with CEOs, Strategy, Marketing, Sales and Experience leaders
  • Activate your incredible ability to ask questions, probe deeper, and establish trust when in meetings to draw connections between their pain/opportunity and how we can help with Advanced Analytics
  • Collaborate closely with our Solutions and Product teams to deeply understand our offerings, tap them to join you in prospect meetings, and provide voice of customer feedback loops so we can continue to shape our product roadmap
  • Leverage the R&D intel we collect through our regular Focus Groups, surveys, and digital marketing intel strategies to augment your go-to-market strategy
  • Spend your days talking about Data. You’re a thought leader in the space, naturally drawn to this movement, and futures-driven. You want to be in as many conversations as you can be in where you get to talk about what you love.
  • Work with our Client Success team to ensure that first-time clients turn into loyal and long-term clients
  • Turn first-time contacts into loyal clients, earning not only your clients’ business but, most importantly, their trust
